Mongolia #4 - Budaatai Khuurga

Mongolia

Hi everyone! Do you remember the last article about Tsuivan? Well today we are going to see a pretty
similar meal called Budaatai Khurga.

Budaatai Khuurga

Budaatai Khurga isn't hard to prepare or to cook. It cooks by itself without you having to be on the watch.

The base of this meal is pretty much the same one as for Tsuivan, of course you can change the vegetables if you want to. The only difference comes in the way to cook it. You first boil the rice and then fry everything together with the vegetables and the meat.

In the same way that for Tsuivan I have been eating this a lot but to be honest I never forced myself to do so. I can eat pretty much anything and as long as the taste is good it takes me a lot of time to be fed up with a meal.

There isn't a special story about this meal like I could tell you for the others but you can find it anywhere and it is quite good. And I felt like it was a good one to tell you about if you wanna try something. Of course, cooking rice, vegetables and meat this way isn't something specific to Mongolia but it is pretty good and easy to make so I invite you to try it.

The recipe is quite simple, just click here if you want to know more about it.
